Diaphragmatic Breathing

In this video you will learn how to deep belly. This is called diaphragmatic breathing. If you watch how a baby breathes, his/her belly naturally expands on the inhale and deflates on the exhale. This is the natural way to breathe. It helps to massage the organs, expel out toxins, and lower the stress response. When we are stressed, we tend to chest breathe, constricting the muscles and lowering our oxygen intake. Diaphragmatic breathing is one of the easiest ways to stop the stress response in its tracks!
